AI ordering for restaurants
SRV replies to your customers on WhatsApp, Instagram and Facebook, in Egyptian Arabic or English. It takes their delivery order from your menu, puts it on your kitchen’s live board, and keeps the customer posted until it arrives.
01 · What it does
Your customers already message you. SRV answers them straight away, at the hours you choose, and leaves your team the decisions only people should make.

02
It builds the order line by line, asks for any size or extra an item needs, and shows the total in every cart message. “Confirm” places it, cash on delivery.
03
A complaint, or a request for a person, goes to your team’s Handoffs screen with a short summary. The bot stays out of that chat for 24 hours unless it’s handed back.

02 · How an order flows
1The customer writes
SRV greets them and sends the link to your menu page, built from the photos of your menu. It replies within the working hours you set. Outside them, your away message goes out once.
2SRV builds the order
It matches what the customer asks for to your menu, asks for a choice when an item needs one, and collects the name and delivery address. Prices include VAT, and your delivery fee and any order discount are added as you set them.
3Confirmed in the chat
The customer gets an order number and the total, and the order goes straight to your restaurant. Until it’s confirmed, the cart can be changed or cleared in the chat.
4It lands on your board
Live orders shows it the moment it arrives. Staff enter it into the POS you already use and record the POS order number as they accept, or reject it with a reason the customer is told.
5The customer is kept posted
As your team moves the order along, SRV tells the customer it’s being prepared, on its way, and delivered. Then it asks every customer to rate the order from 1 to 5.
03 · Setup
Everything the bot knows comes from screens your team controls. Change something there, and the bot uses it from its next message.
Mark an item or an option unavailable, and the bot stops offering it from its next message. Your kitchen staff can do it themselves. It’s one of the few screens they see.
Quick facts for delivery areas, hours and payment, plus PDF or TXT documents. Try the bot in a test chat before customers do.
Set working hours for each day, including hours past midnight. Outside them, SRV sends your away message once, or stays silent. Auto-reply is one switch.

No. Your staff enter each order into your own POS and record its POS order number in SRV when they accept it. You decide whether the number is required at that point or can be added later.
Cash on delivery. SRV takes delivery orders for now. Pickup, dine-in, scheduled orders and online payment aren’t part of it.
An order that’s still being built can be changed or cleared in the chat. Once it’s confirmed, the bot won’t change it. It gives the customer your restaurant’s phone number, or offers them a person if you haven’t set one. Your team can still cancel an order from Live orders.
